Shipping & Delivery
We only sell and ship orders to the United States and Canada.
Packages are shipped out on Monday through Friday. We do not ship packages on holidays or weekends.
USA Ground Shipping:
All USA Ground Orders received will be shipped out quickly. The typical shipping times for these orders are below. When counting shipping days, do not include the day on which it is shipped. Ground shipping times are not guaranteed:
  • Most of California (1 day)
  • Most of Washington, Oregon, and Arizona (3 days)
  • Most of the Midwest, Northeast, Middle Atlantic, Central South (4 days)
  • Most of TX, FL, CO, LA, ID, UT, MT, NM, ME, RI, NH, OK, ND, SD (5 days)
USA Next Day:
All USA Next Day orders received will be shipped out quickly. That means you will receive your order the next business day, from the date the order is shipped, by 5:00pm.
USA 3 Day:
All USA 3 Day orders received will be shipped out quickly. When counting shipping days, do not include the day on which it is shipped.
Canada:
All Canadian orders are shipped by the United States Post Office. If you live in Canada you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country.

We will not give away or sell your email address or any other personal information.
We do not store any credit card information.
All orders and account information are processed on secure, encrypted web pages.
Returns & Replacements

Returns are only accepted within 30 days from the invoice date.
All items must be unused and in like-new condition.
Clothing must be unworn and unwashed.
All shoes must be unlaced and unworn.
Videos must be unopened.

Shipping Your Return to Us - Easy as 1-2-3!
Simply pack all items being returned securely in the original package if possible. Enclose a copy of the original packing list or invoice with the return merchandise.

When we receive the return and have determined that it has not been used, we'll refund your credit card account for the full amount, minus the shipping charges. For your protection, we suggest you return your merchandise via UPS or insured Parcel Post. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.


Exceptions to the above would be If an item is defective or was shipped incorrectly by us. In those cases, contact us before shipping any items back and we'll give you further instructions
